Tommy has 17 years of experience in actuarial service. Before he settles down in Thailand, he had worked in Hong Kong for 6 years as a regional manager in AIA Group Office. He had also worked as Director & Certifying Actuary of AIA Thailand since 2013 until he starts his consulting firm at Actuarial Business Solution (ABS) in 2016. Not only his main business focused on actuarial valuation employee benefit, insurance product and valuation, it also covers other actuarial business services in non-insurance sector.
He also holds several management positions during his actuarial career such as:-
President of The Society of Actuaries of Thailand (SOAT)
Chairman of Actuarial committee of Thai Life Association Assurance (TLAA)
Board director of Insurance Premium Rating Bureau (IPRB)
Investment committee of Social Security Office (SSO)
He obtained the “Young ASEAN Manager Award (YAMA) 2012” which is the international recognition for his achievement in the ASEAN insurance industry. Recently, he won “National Statistician Award 2016” from Thai Statistical Association.

Pranee Wonglertsiri
CPA
Pranee is a seasoned auditor and accountant with over 30 years career experience in insurance industry.
She is expert in questioning, investigating, and finding any abnormality or inherit risk embedded in the business. She also has experience in going through due diligence on audit and accounting part.
Prior to joining ABS, latest role was director of finance and internal audit at AIA Thailand. Her technical expertise is to assess business risk together with suggestion in risk management approach to strengthen control and business plan. Her profession is also to perform audit task (including fraud area) to any key functions in insurance company.
With her business acumen, she always becomes business partner with senior management and participate in operating and financial risk management committee.
She holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Bachelor degree in Laws, and Master degree in Accounting from Thammasat University. She also holds accounting designation as CPA Thailand.
Arunrat Pramuanratkarn
Arunrat is a seasoned senior management with over 30 year career experiences in Human Capital Management & Development.
Prior to joining ABS as Project Partner in related to people management matters, she had worked as Head of Human Resources in AXA Insurance Thailand and Chubb Samaggi Insurance Thailand for total of 15 years.
Apart from that, she also spent for over 10 years as Human Resources Professional in Multinational Companies such as B-quik under ACSG Thailand Co., Ltd. in affiliate of Ford Motor, Digital Equipment Corporation (Thailand), Foremost Friesland (Thailand).
She has extensive experiences in going through due diligence process on Human Resource Management part in insurance industry. Her expertise is to assess company rule & regulations, staff manual, working service standards, any fringe benefits policies, job description or job profile, salary structure, organizations to foresee any upcoming tail risk / loss.
She holds a bachelor degree from Ramkhamhaeng University in Political Science (Public Administration), MBA Executive Program from Chulalongkorn University. She completed the Certificate of Strategic Human Resource Management, Certified Practitioner Prosci Change Management (ADKAR Model), Certificate of Professional Coach credentialed by International Coaching Federation (ICF)
Currently, she has been taking independently role as people development consulting, Professional Coach and Certified Trainer such Certified Master Trainer-Multiplier and Certified Facilitator-InsideOut Coaching Development.
Raymond Lai
FSA, FASM, CFP, NLP, CBE
Raymond is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and has over 25 years of actuarial, financial and risk management experience in the insurance industry, previously held Appointed Actuary, Chief Actuary and Chief Risk Officer roles in Malaysia as well as in Vietnam. He sat in Main Board, Investment Committee and Risk Management Board.
Raymond has significant expertise in developing risk and capital management framework, developing growth strategies, performing risk analysis, developing compensation models and performing client value analysis.
Raymond is a pioneer of new product ideas and systems, and is recognized as a leading innovator in the market. He has coached and mentored many younger and successful actuaries.
Raymond is a Past President of the Actuarial Society of Malaysia and is the Society of Actuaries’ Ambassador to Malaysia . He is also a Certified Financial Planner and a Certified NLP Practitioner for Appraisal and Performance Management.
Raymond also has specialized knowledge in Internet Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Blockchain Technology. Raymond is a Certified Blockchain Expert.
